Turquoise Thursday: Turquoise Treasures in Las Vegas

During my week in Las Vegas, I was on the hunt for turquoise treasures. With Las Vegas being in the middle of the largest desert in the United States, I was sceptical whether or not I would find any hidden turquoise gems in the concrete city. Surprising, I found some turquoise treasures in Vegas; some involving water, others not. Las Vegas really has it all…

  1. Ha, I have a photo of the same gondolas 😉 from my visit there in 09′. I hope you had fun. While I was there me and my girlfriends took a tour to the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. They picked us up at our hotel and brought us back. It was great…
    Safe travels

      • We stayed at the Wynn and Cirque du Soleil had a show in the basement of our hotel, we went to that….I love their shows. Didn’t see anything else. Did you see any?

      • Amazing isn’t it? I went to the Beatles Love Cirque du Soleil show, The Vegas Show, and the Blue Man Group. All of the shows are incredible! Were you totally overwhelmed in Vegas with everything to do?

      • Not really. I went with two of my girlfriends and we kind of had a plan…we did a tour one day, spa day one day and pretty much went dancing at night. This was my second trip so it was primarily ‘girlfriend’ time. Getting ‘dolled’ up to go out is one of my favorite part of vacation 🙂

      • Oh ok! As a first timer I did just about everything! At first, I didn’t even know where to begin! I’ll be posting about Vegas tomorrow! Keep an eye out! It’s so much fun isn’t it?

I'd love to hear from you; leave a reply!
