Guest posting is a great way to connect with others while exposing your blog to new readers. I’ve published articles on numerous travel blogs throughout my blogging experience in the last 8 months. I recently published an article I wrote about my top 10 most unique beaches I visited in 2013 on Uncle Spikes Adventures as a way to share my travel story with another blogger and his readers. Publishing on Uncle Spikes website was a positive experience because he was able to better understand me as a traveler and blogger, while exposing me his many dedicated followers (many of which are turquoise lovers like myself). Many of his readers were extremely engaged in corresponding with Uncle Spike and myself in response to my post. Connecting with others after all, is the main reason many of us travel bloggers write, share, and post in the first place.
Guest posting has always been a positive experience for me. Each time I collaborate with another travel blogger I learn more about the world and myself. Travel writers all have varied backgrounds. Guest posting is a win-win situation for both the guest blogger and the hosting blog; connecting with others through guest posts is what the blogging world is all about.
Sharing my posts on other travel blogs is new and exciting because I am always eager to share my story with those who are interested. I couldn’t be more thankful to have started a blog as I was dreaming about it for years, but it didn’t become a reality until 2013. Turquoise Compass and its name came to be in part due to other travel bloggers who inspired me to jump in feet first and start my own journey.
If you are interested in having Turquoise Compass guest post on your travel blog please contact me as I would be honoured to submit a post on one of my many unique travel adventures.
I promise it’s on my list of things to do, I’m just soooo busy at the moment. Will get in touch soon though 🙂

Yup, I want to participate too. Just haven’t found the time. Blogging is so hard during the school year. Summer holidays are my very own turquoise time.

We were honoured to host your work… I have learned so much from all my special guests too; as they cover such a diverse subject range for a start (something completely different again coming up tomorrow in fact. As you say, it’s a win-win, but more importantly, it’s a bag of fun too 🙂

Hello PT,
Thank you so much for your readership and for the award nomination.
I received this award in November 2013 and considering the fact that I already accepted the award from another blogger, I’ve decided not to repeat the award on my blog a second time. However, I have mentioned your blog at the bottom of the original post in the “also nominated by” section since you have kindly nominated me. Here is the link: https://turquoisecompass.com/2013/11/13/liebster-award/
I’ve also shared your blog with my followers on my Facebook and Twitter accounts!
