Jessica specializes in teaching small group and one-on-one yoga classes for the whole family. Her all-levels beginner friendly yoga classes focus on: yoga for all, yoga fundamentals, deepening your yoga practice, connecting movement to breath, the benefits of Vinyasa yoga, the traditional practice of yoga, and renewing & transforming the mind, body, and spirit.

- Due to COVID19, to keep you and your family safe and ours, classes are currently being taught virtually via Zoom. To sign up for a class, e-mail Jessica at firstname.lastname@example.org with the date and time of your class choice to get access to the Zoom link. Each class costs $15CAD, taxes included.
