Youth Yoga- Breath, Stretch, Move
About the classes: Join me for an all levels vinyasa yoga class to learn about the benefits of vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa yoga links body movement to the breath, uses the breath to move from one posture to the next, and teaches you how to set an intention for one’s personal yoga practice and how to take the necessary steps toward reaching that goal.
What we do: Each class is different and will teach students about different yoga fundamentals such as: common vinyasa yoga poses and sequences, controlled breath practice, balance, strength and power, endurance, core work, lengthening and stretching, and intention setting. Let my yoga classes help you clam the mind, relax the body, and inspire the soul. Continue reading
